Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about SEO Check Now and our fixing service.

Is the SEO scan really free?
Yes, completely free. Enter any URL and get a full 9-point SEO health check with your grade and a list of issues. No sign-up, no credit card required.
What does the SEO grade mean?
We score 9 critical on-page SEO factors. A+ means your on-page SEO is excellent. F means multiple critical issues are hurting your rankings. Each check is either Pass (10pts), Warning (5pts) or Fail (0pts), giving a score out of 90 which maps to an A–F grade.
How long does it take to fix the issues?
Most Quick Fix issues are resolved within 48 hours. Full Audit fixes within 3 working days. Monthly Monitor and Managed plans run on an ongoing basis. We will confirm timelines when you book.
Do I need to give you access to my website?
Yes — to make changes to your site, we need either FTP/SFTP access or access to your CMS (e.g. WordPress login). We can work with a temporary read/write account and will delete our access once the work is complete.
Will fixing on-page SEO improve my Google rankings?
On-page SEO is one of the most important ranking factors. Fixing title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, canonical tags and schema markup can significantly improve how Google understands and ranks your pages. Results typically appear within 2–4 weeks.
Does the scan check all my pages or just the homepage?
The free scan checks the URL you enter — usually your homepage. Our paid audit plans include a crawl of your entire site to find issues across all pages.
Can you fix WordPress sites?
Yes. Most of our clients run WordPress. We can make changes directly in the WordPress admin, via a plugin like Yoast or Rank Math, or by editing theme files — whichever is most appropriate for your site.
What if I'm not happy with the fixes?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all one-off plans. If you're not happy with the work, email us and we'll either redo the fixes or issue a refund — your choice.
